The LAPWARE testing application program requires the following:

1. An internet browser with JavaScript enabled connected to the internet!
   • Internet Explorer (IE) (STRONGLY recommended) - (for NOW stay away from IE 8.0.  Too many bugs)
     and not
   • Netscape Communicator
   • Fire Fox or
   • any othe browser!
2. Macromedia Flash MX (6) or greater
3. CopySafe Pro plug-in
4. Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or greater.

You will be told if your computer needs this additional software and a link will be established enabling you to download and install the software or plug-ins free of charge.

Internet Explorer, as your browser, is strongly recommended.  We have found IE to be a more stable browser when running LAPWARE.

While standard dial connections provide adequate service a DSL or faster connection is recommended.  Some of the solutions can be as large as 1.7 mb and a higher speed connection allows the download of this information more user friendly.
